II. Process Flow
- Dried peas are lifted into a soaking tank. They soak at room temperature until fully swollen.
- After draining, they enter a coating machine. Batter or flour coating is added in proportion. The machine coats the peas evenly.
- Then the coated peas go into a continuous fryer.
- They are fried at a set temperature until the coating turns golden and crisp.
- Next, they pass through a de-oiling shaker. This removes extra oil from the surface.
- Finally, they enter a drum seasoning machine. Seasonings are added and mixed evenly.
- After cooling, the product is ready for packaging.
