Baked fruit and vegetable chips are made from fresh produce. They go through washing, slicing, color protection, seasoning, and low-temperature baking. They are not fried. Oil content is very low. Natural color, flavor, and nutrition are well kept.

This production line includes washing, slicing, color protection, seasoning, baking, cooling, and packaging units. The whole line runs continuously. Materials move automatically.

II.Process Flow

1. Fresh produce is washed and peeled.
2. It is sliced and soaked in color protection solution.
3. After draining, it goes to a seasoning drum. A small amount of oil and seasonings is added.
4. Then it enters a continuous hot-air baking oven. It is baked at 55-85°C.
5. Moisture is reduced to below 3%-5%.
6. After cooling, it is ready for packaging.

콘플레이크 생산은 옥수수 가루를 만들기 위해 생옥수수를 분쇄하는 것으로 시작됩니다. 옥수수 가루를 물과 혼합한 후 특수 설계된 압출기 구멍에 넣어 조리하고 반죽한 후 기계적으로 깎아냅니다. 압출물은 고도로 회전하는 나이프로 절단되어 펠릿을 형성합니다. 압출된 볼은 롤러로 얇게 말아서 고온에서 구워 바삭한 식감을 구현합니다. 이때 오리지널/플레인 콘플레이크가 완성됩니다. 시장 수요에 따라 시즈닝 드럼을 사용하여 플레인 콘플레이크에 소금을 뿌릴 수 있습니다. 플레인 콘플레이크를 코팅할 경우 시럽, 초콜릿 등으로 코팅합니다. 마지막으로 콘플레이크를 건조하고 식혀서 포장합니다.

플레이크 외에도 금형을 변경하여 압출 기술을 통해 둥근 공, 고리 및 동물 모양을 생산하여 다양한 시장 요구를 충족시킬 수 있습니다. 또한 원료인 옥수수를 밀가루, 쌀가루, 귀리 가루 등 다른 곡물로 대체하여 쌀 플레이크, 귀리 플레이크 등 다양한 시리얼 플레이크를 생산하여 제품의 다양성을 높일 수 있습니다.
