I.Description

Chin Chin is a fried dough snack originally from West Africa. It is made from wheat flour. The process includes mixing, sheeting, cutting, and frying. The finished snack is hard, crisp, and aromatic. It has steady demand in local and African diaspora markets.

This production line is a complete set of equipment. It includes mixing, sheeting, cutting, frying, de-oiling, seasoning, and packaging units. The whole line runs continuously. Materials move automatically between steps. Output ranges from 150 to 300 kg per hour. It is suitable for small and medium-scale production.

II.Process Flow

Flour, sugar, fat, eggs, leavening agents, and spices are mixed in a mixer to form a uniform dough.
Then the dough goes into a sheeter. It is pressed into an even sheet through repeated rolling.
The sheet enters a cutting machine. Different dies can produce square, diamond, or strip shapes.
The cut pieces go into a continuous fryer. They are fried until golden and crisp.
Then they pass through a de-oiling machine to remove excess oil.
They may go to a seasoning drum.
After cooling, the product is ready for packaging.
