I. Opis

This production line is a complete set of equipment for making this snack. It includes a lifter, soaking tank, peeler, fryer, and seasoning unit. All stages connect automatically. Material flows smoothly from one step to the next.

II. Schemat procesu

Raw corn kernels go into a soaking tank through a lifter. They soak in water at room or slightly warm temperature. This softens the kernels and separates the husk from the endosperm.
Next, they enter a peeler. The peeler removes the outer skin and gives clean peeled corn grits.
After draining, the kernels go into a continuous fryer. They are fried at a set temperature until they turn golden and expand.
Then they pass through a de-oiling shaker to remove extra oil from the surface.
Finally, they enter a drum seasoning machine.
Powder or liquid seasonings are added according to the recipe. They coat the kernels evenly.
After cooling, the finished product is ready for packaging.
