The raw material of this corn chips production line is regular corn flour. Mix cornflour and water in proportion and stir well to form a batter. The batter is continuously extruded in the specially designed extruder cavity, kneaded to form corn dough with desired characteristics, and finally extruded through a die. Depending on the die structure, the width of the extruded corn dough sheets is also different, and the sheets are cut into triangular sheets by the roller die. The triangles are baked in the oven for 20-30 seconds, or directly fried. Either through the baking or frying process, corn flakes are done.
