I. Introduction of Fried Rice Tortilla Chips
Fried Rice Tortilla Chip is made from a grain combination of brown rice, white rice flour and white corn flour. It is made by rice tortilla chips making machine.
Since brown rice flour has more fiber, a pre-cooking process is required before extrusion process. Then, under certain temperature and pressure, semi-finished round chips are produced through preconditioning, extrusion, and shaping processes. Then through the continuous frying machine, the semi-finished rice chips are fried during conveying. The continuous fryer is connected with a vibration deoiler to reduce the amount of residual oil on the rice chips. Finally, the production is completed through seasoning and packing.
