I. Introduction of Fried Hexagon Tortilla Doritos Chips

The raw material of the fried hexagonal tortilla chip is white corn flour. Semi-finished hexagonal corn chips are obtained through the extrusion process and roller cutting process. Then through the continuous frying machine, the semi-finished hexagonal chips are fried during mesh belt conveying process. The continuous fryer is equipped with a vibration deoiler to reduce the residual oil on the hexagonal chips. Finally, the production is completed through the seasoning process and packing process.
