(3) The material is uniformly and continuously fed into the extruder according to the production requirements by adjusting the speed of the conveying screw in the feeder.

 

(4) The material entering the extruder is driven by the rotating screw, and the process of crushing, compression, heating, melting and pressure boost is continuously completed in the extruder, and then extruded through the die head.

(5) The extruded product is cut off with a spiral cutter according to the product requirements.

 

(6) The water content of the food after cutting is slightly higher, and it should be further dehydrated. The food is sent to the drying (cooling) machine by the elevator for drying.

 

(7) The food should be seasoned after drying, and the food should have different flavors by spraying oil and powder (seasoning).

 

The seasoned product is packaged and ready for market. The working process of extruded food is roughly like this, and the processing process of other extruded products is much the same.
