I.Description

Fried broad beans are a crispy snack made from dried broad beans. They are processed through soaking, peeling, frying, and seasoning. The outer layer is crisp, and the bean flavor is rich. Spicy, salty, and sweet options are all available. This snack is well accepted in the market.

This production line is a complete set of equipment. It includes soaking, peeling, frying, and seasoning units. The whole line runs continuously. Materials move automatically between steps.

II.Process Flow

1. Dried beans are lifted into a soaking tank. They soak at room temperature until fully swollen. This separates the skin from the kernel.
2. Then they go to a peeler. The peeler removes the outer skin by friction.
3. After draining, the beans enter a continuous fryer. They are fried until crispy and golden.
4. Next, they pass through a de-oiling shaker.
5. Finally, they enter a drum seasoning machine. Seasonings are added and coated evenly. After cooling, they are ready for packaging.
