I.Description

Fried chickpeas are a crispy snack. They are made from dried chickpeas. They are rich in plant protein. The texture is crisp. Sweet, salty, and spicy flavors are all available.

This production line is a complete set of equipment. It includes soaking, peeling, frying, and seasoning units. The whole line runs continuously. Materials move automatically between steps.

II.Process Flow

1. Dried chickpeas are lifted into a soaking tank. They soak at room temperature. They soak until fully swollen. This separates the skin from the kernel.
2. Then they enter a peeler. The peeler removes the outer skin by friction.
3. After draining, the kernels go into a continuous fryer. They are fried until crispy and golden.
4. Next, they pass through a de-oiling shaker.
5. Finally, they enter a drum seasoning machine. Seasonings are added and coated evenly.
6. After cooling, the product is ready for packaging.
