I. Introduction of Grids Crunch

Grid crunch chips is made by the food extrusion machine. Its material is millet flour and soybean flour. They are mixed with other ingredients (such as vegetable oil) in a certain proportion and added to the extruder at a constant speed. The dough is extruded into a square grid shape through specially designed grid die holes. The semi-finished grids are fried by batches in the batch-fryer. Then the residual oil on the crunches is removed by the automatic deoiler. Finally, the production is completed through the seasoning and packing processes.
