I. Introduction of Eight-Claw Spiral Snack

The raw material of octopus shaped snack is wheat flour, supplemented with rice flour or corn flour, and chicken powder or beef powder is added to increase the aroma of the meat. This interesting cereal dough snack is made by the snack extrusion & production machine.

1) Mix the grain powder and other ingredients (such as chicken/beef powder, vegetable oil) in a certain proportion, and feed them into the extruder at a uniform speed. 2) The dough is extruded through the specially designed die into long strips with eight curls around it. The curl is formed thin and unbroken. The eight curls looks like eight claws of the octopus, clear and lively, very interesting. 3) The long curly strips are cut into short pieces by a rapidly rotating blade. 4) The semi-finished octopus rolls are fried in a batch fryer batch by batch. The frying machine is equipped with a vibration/ centrifugal deoiler to reduce the residual oil on the octopus rolls. 5) Finally, the production is completed through the automatic seasoning packing process.
