The instant/precooked rice food factory machine working process are as follows:
The raw material of instant rice is mainly broken rice, supplemented with other ingredients. 1) The rice is crushed into finer particles of a specific size, which allows for better hydration and prevents clumping. 2) After the rice granules are evenly mixed with other ingredients, they are automatically added into the extruder at a constant speed. 3) Extrusion systems must perform many phenomena in a short period of time under controlled, continuous, and steady-state conditions. First, the mixed raw materials are conditioned and tempered, then cooked and kneaded to form dough of disired characteristics. The design of the process and the setting of equipment parameters must allow the starch to be cooked well without puffing. 4) The rice starch dough is extruded into rice-shaped rice grains through a forming die. The extruded rice-like granules are as close to rice as possible in smell, taste and texture, and already evenly packed with rich nutrients. 5) After drying in the dryer, the weighing and packaging process are completed by the automatic packing process.

Flexibility
- The twin-screw extruder can deal with a wide range of raw materials. In addition to rice, you can freely add other required auxiliary materials, like soybean flour, corn flour, potato flour, vegetable powder, fiber, etc. with the correct particle size, to balance the taste and nutrition, and meet the diverse needs of some crowd.
- By setting different extrusion process parameters such as cooking temperature, pressure, extrusion water content, screw speed, etc., precooked rice with different degrees of gelatinization can be produced.
- The width and length of the extruded rice depends on the mold, such as 0.5-3.5mm wide, 4-10mm long, etc. The mold can be customized freely.
