Circular/moon/star colorful breadcrumbs make food more vibrant and attractive. It is made by the food extrusion processing machinery. Unlike panko/needle/granule bread crumbs, which are shaped by the grinder, the shapes of circular/moon/star are only realized directly through different extrusion dies, without using the grinder. Its color is given by different natural coloring additions.

With the food extrusion processing equipment, the grain material of the circular/moon/star colorful bread crumbs can be wheat flour, corn flour, rice flour, or whole wheat flour, etc. Cereal raw material powder, water, coloring and other ingredients are mixed evenly by a high-speed mixer. The mixed raw materials are cooked and kneaded by twin-screw extruder under high temperature and high pressure, and then extruded by a specially shaped die. Due to the pressure difference, the extrudate expands instantly into circular/moon/star shapes.

The puffed breadcrumbs are first dried by the drying oven or toasted for desired toasting characteristic. One color is produced by one batch. After the mult-batch and multi-color crumbs are completed, bread crumbs of different colors are evenly mixed by the drum rolling line, and by far the processing of colorful bread crumbs is completed. Finally, the packing process is completed by an automatic packing machine.
