I. Introduction of Pani Puri Ball Papad Fryums

The Fried Ball Papad Fryums are made of wheat and supplemented with potato. Mix wheat flour, potato flour and water, consider adding shrimp powder/beef powder to enrich the taste and nutrition. Using advanced extrusion solution, the mixed material is pre-extruded with twin screw extruder first, and then the pre-extruded dough is fed into the single screw extruder, where it is gelatinized under certain pressure, temperature and screw speed conditions to obtain the desired gelatinous texture. The gelatinized dough is extruded into two big sheets of required thickness by a special die. The sheets are passed through an elliptical compositing&molding machine, two sheets are composited together and cut into oval shapes, and then dried. So far, the semi-finished 3D elliptical snack pellets are completed.

Continue to puff to ball shape (Frying)

The semi-finished elliptical snack pellets are puffed to become ball shape only by the frying process (fried by either continuous frying machine or batch fryer). The frying machine is equipped with a vibration/centrifugal deoiler to reduce the residual oil on the ball fryums. Finally, the production is completed through the seasoning and packing processes.
