2 The value of instant self-heating rice
Our nutritional rice production line is developed for the loss of rice nutrients in the traditional rice milling process. In the process, the broken rice and rice bran can be reused. The whole production process is simple and easy to operate: crush the broken rice and mix it with a certain amount of water and oil. At a certain temperature, the raw materials are matured in the extruder, then extruded through a die to form the shape of rice grains, and finally reformulated. The rice grains are dried at low temperature. This extrusion technology effectively avoids the loss of nutrients, and becomes a rice with rich nutrition and enhanced self-heating.
3 Processing flow and principle
Our instant rice production line uses extruder extrusion technology to change the internal structure of rice flour, and then cuts it into the shape of rice grains through a special mold, and then uses a fluidized bed dryer, microwave dryer, multi-layer mesh belt Drying and dehydration treatment is carried out in a dryer to fix the internal molecular structure of the rice to prevent regeneration, and it can be packaged after cooling.

- Process composition of instant rice production equipment

- Extrusion machine: There is a special control cabinet to extrude rice grains in a high-pressure environment. Adjusting the process and changing the mold can produce rice grains of different shapes. The machine is composed of feeding system, extrusion system, rotary cutting system, heating system, transmission system and control system. Using advanced screw extrusion technology, high temperature and high pressure are used to mature and expand the material, which is completed at one time.
