I. Introduction of Fried 3D Grid Papad Fryums
This triangle grid papad fryums are made of wheat and supplemented with potato. Mix wheat flour, potato flour and water, consider adding shrimp powder/beef powder to enrich the taste and nutrition. Using advanced two-time extrusion solution, precooking with twin screw extruder first, and then realizing gelation in single screw extruder. The gelatinized dough is extruded through die holes into sheets of required thickness. The sheets are pressed through an embossing machine to obtain the uniform grids structure . The sheets with the grid holes then passes through a composite molding machine, where the two sheets are composited together and cut into triangles, and dried. So far, the semi-finished 3d triangular snack pellets have been completed.
Continue to puff the snack pellets (Frying)
The semi-finished snack pellets are puffed for a second time by frying in the fryums batch frying machine (For larger output, the continuous belt frying machine is more recommended). The batch fryer is equipped with a vibration or centrifugal deoiler to reduce the residual oil on the fryums. Finally, the production is completed after the seasoning and packing processes.
