1) First cut the oat into granules, 1/2 to 1/3 the length of the whole oat. 2) Due to the high fiber content of oats, a pre-gelatinization process is required before extrusion. So there should be a twin-shaft pre conditioning machine installed above the extruder silo. 3) Once the preconditioning is done, the pre-gelatinized oat grains are transported to the twin-screw extruder, and then matured and sterilized after the desired kneading and cooking process under the correct temperature and pressure control. Due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the screw, the moisture of the extruded oat dough quickly turns into steam and escapes, and the oat dough expands rapidly, forming fluffy and easy-to-dissolve puffed particles. 4) Then the puffed granules goes through a drying oven to optimize the moisture content. 5) The dried oat puffs are pulverized to the required precision by a superfine pulverizer, and the production of pure oat nutrition powder is completed. 6) According to market demand, the precooked pure oat powder can be seasoned or supplemented with other nutrients through the drum seasoning machine, such as mixing with other coarse grain powder or adding micronutritions. 7) Finally go through the packing and inspection process.
