What is the operating procedure for octagonal seasoning equipment?

1 comprehensive inspection

Before turning on the switch, check all transmission parts, bearings, etc., and the machine can only be started after they are normal and reliable.

2 Startup and observation

Connect the device to the power supply, start the drum motor, and the drum will slowly start to normal speed. Check the status of all operating parts. If the output speed is too high, the inverter knob can be turned to the left. If the material moves forward in the drum too fast, the slope of the drum is reduced, while too slow, the slope of the drum is increased.

3 feeding

The raw materials that need to be stirred and seasoned are continuously fed into the seasoning machine from the feeding end through a conveyor or manually.

4 Start the powder spraying function

Turn on the powder spreading motor to spray the seasoning evenly in the barrel; during the working process, the powder spreading box should always keep the seasoning, if it is found that the seasoning is insufficient, it should be added in time.

5 discharge

Shut down the machine and activate the discharge function. The seasoning machine rotates in reverse, and the finished material is automatically sent out of the cylinder.
