Pet dry kibbles for dogs and cats have a low moisture content, usually 3%-11%. It is processed by mixing dry ingredients, wet ingredients and other nutrients together, then extruded and puffed, dried, and seasoned. - The kibble shape and size can be changed freely according to the extrusion die mounted.
- Other auxiliary materials such as freeze-dried raw meat granules can be added through the rotating drum line with a weighing system, and mixed evenly with dry kibbles to produce the new type called kibble-meat mixed pet food.
Processing potential
