• The cooking time of the material is long, and compared to twin screw extrusionprocess, the product extruded by the single-screw extrusion technology has higher density.
• By changing different extrusion dies, different shapes of pet chews can be produced, such as bars, granules, flakes, bones, twists etc.
• Its equipment investment is low, and it occupies a small floor area, which is suitable for small pet food

• Another die-casting dog cat chews of more complex shapes are produced by the pet food production line consisting of twin screw extrusion and vertical die casting processes, instead of thesingle screw extrusion process.
• In addition, when the content of fat and fresh meat in the raw material is high, because the moisture and fat in the raw animal raw material will offset the friction in the extruder barrel, making it difficult or even impossible to reach a proper cooking temperature, so a secondary continuous extrusion molding process is required: twin screw process plus single screw process.
