I. Introduction of Precooked Extruded Rice Flour

Precooked rice meal is made from the ordinary rice flour, which is either baked or extruded. Like precooked corn flour, precooked rice flour cooks quickly as it was gelatinized already. According to the different characteristics of the precooked rice flour, it has a wide range of usage – used as the main raw material, auxiliary material or improver in the food processing industry. For example, it can be used for processing bakery rice flour, rice snack food, baby food, rice nutrient powder, dishes thickener, animal feed, etc.

The extrusion process is the main method of cooking rice flour. The extrusion food production line equipment is easy to operate and has low production cost.
