Work process of the commercial panko bread crumb making machine:

1) The raw materials of panko bread crumbs are usually wheat flour, water and other ingredients. 2) They are mixed, cooked and sheared at the required temp and pressure in the twin screw extruder. 3) After extrusion process, the wheat extrudate strips are cooled and dried in a drying oven. 4) The dried extrudate strips are then crushed through a wet mill/grinderinto small fluffy flakey crumbs. 5) Then the flakes go through a screening machine to remove small powdery particles. 6) Finally, flakes go through the automatic packing process.
