Precooked rice meal is made from the ordinary rice flour, which is either baked or extruded. Like precooked corn flour, precooked rice flour cooks quickly as it was gelatinized already. The grain extrusion process is the main method of cooking rice flour. The rice extruder is easy to operate and has low production cost. By adjusting the parameters of the rice extrusion process, such as extrusion temperature, pressure, time, etc., rice flour with different expansion degrees and characteristics can be obtained. According to different application fields of precooked ricemeal, its raw materials can be either fresh rice or broken rice.
After ultrafine pulverization, add the required nutrients or other supplements through the drum seasoning line to obtain rice flour products with different nutritional components and functions.
