The working process of the Italian Style bread crumbs making machine is as follows:

1) The grain raw material of Italian seasoned bread crumbs can be wheat flour, corn flour, rice flour, or whole wheat flour, etc.

2) Grain raw material powder, water and other ingredients are mixed evenly by a high-speed mixer.

3) The mixed raw materials are cooked, kneaded and extruded by twin-screws under high temperature and high pressure. At the moment of extrusion, the extrudates are puffed due to the pressure difference inside and outside the screw.

4) The puffed blocks/strips are cooled and dried in a drying oven or baked to the required degree.

5) The dried blocks/strip are then crushed into fine granules by a bread crumbs grinder machine.

6) The granules can be directly conveyed to packing station to produce plain breadcrumbs, or to the seasoning station to produce Italian style crumbs. When the original bread crumbs go through the seasoning process, the vanilla and spice seasoning powder is weighed and added, and the seasoning powder is fully and evenly mixed into the bread particles under the rotation of the drum.

7) Finally, it goes through the automatic packing process.
