I. Introduction of High Temp. Sugar/Slurry/ Peanut Coating Machine

The sugar coating machine is used to spray sugar/slurry flavoring to the snacks or foods. It consists of sugar/slurry melting machine, sugar/slurry spraying machine, conveying, rotating drum line and controller.

When the drum is rotating, the food is added into the drum by the conveyor, and the sugar sprayer sprays syrup or other similar slurry on the surface of the food in the drumat a uniform speed by pump pressure. The food and slurry rotate together along the drum at a certain speed within a specific time to achieve full and uniform wrapping and mixing effects.

In order to prevent the syrup from solidifying too quickly which will cause uneven coating, the drum must be equipped with a hot air heating device, a thermal cycle device, a double-layer insulation structure, and an automatic temperature controller.

Depending on the seasoning recipe, one can choose:

  • Single drum and/double drum design.
  • Single tank/double tank sugar spraying machine.
  • If a compound seasoning process for syrup, powder and oil is required, the slurry seasoning drum needs to be combined with dry powder seasoning drum or oil spray drum accordingly.
