I. Introduction of Batch Frying Machine With De-Oiling

Batch fryer of food industry is used to fry puffed snacks such as triangle chips, namkeen and cheetos; grain dough snacks such as spirals/shells/crunchies; nuts such as broad beans/peanuts; and other foods etc.

Batch fryer machine fry foods in specific batches. The whole operation is simple and flexible. Typically used for small or medium sized food manufacturing plants.

II. The General Operation

  • First heat the oil to a set temperature.
  • Using the automatic feeding device, a certain batch of food is gently and automatically feed into the batch fryer. Food is fried until it reaches the desired crispness and color.
  • After this batch of food is fried, the food is moved to the de-oiling process by the automatic lifting device. The new batch is then added to the batch fryer.
  • Fried food is de-oiled by the centrifugal deoiling machine.

III. Features of Batch Fryer

  • Automatic design: Batch fryers used in industrial food production adopt semi-automatic or fully automatic design schemes. These two automation levels both play an important role in achieving continuous production, ensuring the hygiene and quality of finished products, ensuring safety, and saving labor.
  • The whole process includes automatic feeding→automatic frying→automatic transfer of materials→automatic oil rejection→automatic transportation to the next process, which is automatically completed by controlling the lifting motor, stirring motor, conveying motor, centrifugal motor, heating elements, temperature probe, etc. Control can choose button controller or PLC controller.
  • Fuel saving: Equipped with semi-automatic or fully automatic oil filtering system according to production capacity.
  • Energy saving: The fryer is designed with scientific heat circulation channels and uses specific heat conducting materials.
  • Flexible energy selection: Dayi recommends suitable frying solutions according to local energy conditions. Optional energy sources include electricity/gas/heat transfer oil/coal, etc.
  • Can be designed into Circular batch fryer and Rectangular batch fryer.
