Pet dry kibbles for dogs and cats have a low moisture content, usually 3%-11%. It is processed by mixing dry ingredients, wet ingredients and other nutrients together, then extruded and puffed, dried, and seasoned. - By adjusting the formulation and the extrusion process parameters of the production line, dry pet kibbles of different hardness, crispness and softening speed when meet water can be produced, so as to produce dog and cat food suitable for all ages.
- The kibble shape and size can be changed freely according to the extrusion die mounted.
- Other auxiliary materials such as freeze-dried raw meat granules can be added through the rotating drum line with a weighing system, and mixed evenly with dry kibbles to produce the new type called kibble-meat mixed pet food.
Processing potential
